We DO NOT offer design services to customize your name request.
You must figure out placement and sizing.
We will offer a quick check if you indicate the base item the name is going on and size of the base.
We do not have the resources to mock up designs.

You MUST indicate the font name you want.
Using generic terms such as print, script, cursive, etc. are not acceptable.
We cannot determine fonts from just a picture. It is your responsibility to determine the valid font to use.

Because many fonts can have the same name, you MUST also indicate the font designer or link to the font for us to download.
Not providing the correct information will result in a longer than stated turnaround time.

Turnaround Time is up to 30 BUSINESS DAYS.
If you are ordering this item with other items, the turnaround time will be based on the longest turnaround item.
- Order this item separately if you have other items you need sooner than the processing time of this item.
Additional adjustments to order or lack of information provided can extend the turnaround time.

Adjustments to sizes, name-word, fonts, or other special requests can result in additional charges.
Characters are limited to 20 or less for sizes 12"-24" and 10 or less for sizes below 12".
All characters will be on the same line/width and not stacked. For stacked names-words, you must order them individually.
We may thicken and/or connect certain characters or the entire name-word to help prevent breakage or loss of small pieces.

Item is laser cut unless otherwise notated.
It is customary to have small smoke marks on back of product.
Although we try to mitigate these markings as much as possible, it is the nature of the cutting process.
Because this is plywood, there will be variations in the wood grain and color.
